DalronBabes ver C with added BBs

This is a modification of DalronBabes ver C where I added the battleships and battle cruisers as if the Washington treaty did not occur or was delayed. Japan gets 8 battle cruisers and 8 battleships. The USA gets 6 battle cruisers and 6 battleships. I didn't add anything for the British. I used SCEN 39 so if something else is there that you want to keep you will need to move it.

I created this purely for my own experimental "what would happen if."

You need to use the expanded map.

I left the fast battleship with their traditional names as I am more comfortable with them that way. (I started with the South Dakota class having their original names but I didn't like it so I changed it so that the fast BBs get their names and changed the added BBs).

There was an error with the North Dakota BBs in that when you upgraded you would lose 1 main gun per turret. Added two BCs to KB and added a BB to Heavy Cover TF.

So far in my test game the Japanese are using the BCs but not the BBs. Probably wise from a fuel point of view. For the USA the added BBs and BCs are part of the Atlantic fleet and take a few weeks to get to the Pacific. (Germany was the bigger danger at the time). One additional BB starts in the Pacific.

In my test game so far, the initial PH strike the Japanese damaged but did not sink every BB present, quite heavily. The least damage BB (Arizona) will take close to 1 year to repair and the others longer. Some over 2 years. 2 destroyers were sunk, several cruiser were damage, SF nearly sunk. A few auxiliaries were damaged as well.

In Manila Bay I managed to get the APRD Dewey to Australia and one of the Dutch ones as well. One of the Dutch ones was sunk by a submarine just outside of Darwin. I put the surviving Dutch APRD in Perth and the Dewey is in Melbourne. PoW escaped with little damage but Repulse is moderately damage and lucky to escape the DEI (against a human player she would have been lost). She is a few days out of Cape Town and will spend months getting repaired.

On the other hand the first two Lexington class BCs have arrived which are much more powerful than Repulse. Arizona repaired enough flood damage to make a run to San Diego and is repairing there. None of the other BBs can leave PH yet.

It is turning out to be very interesting. Because it is the 'C' version shipping is harder. I am having a hard time getting supplies & fuel where it is needed. The transports seem to load at a slower rate as well. Usually there are enough TP but I am short. I have some coming from OZ but that will take some time. I am running TP in cruise mode not normal mode so they take a bit longer to get places. OZ is starving for fuel already except Perth where convoys are arriving from Cape Town. There are TP on the way to OZ but none of the big convoys have arrived yet. Some of the single ships have. I'm also really short on DDs - trying to give as many convoys at least one DD as escort. Running troop convoys to various islands.

Thanks for doing this, it is an interesting "what if" scenario.

The Pearl Harbor strike is a fixed number of aircraft (unless you augment the Kido Butai), if you add extra targets, then I suspect there's a tendency to dilute the damage across a greater number of hulls, with fewer outright sinkings and more ships damaged.

I didn't change any of the ships in Pearl. The added battleships are in the Atlantic at the start (i.e. Atlantic fleet) except Delaware which starts in San Diego.

Sorry guys, there is an error in the North Dakota BB when you upgrade. I've made a correction and will upload a new version.
