I need the OBMARI file from old ver 2.3

I was doing some OB research and restructuring when I noticed my OBMARI. (no extension) file for v 2.3 is EMPTY, yup, zero bytes. I have no idea how I managed to clobber it and it happened quite some time ago, but if anyone has the OBMARI file from v 2.3, please let me know. I can PM my email to you to send it. Thank in advance to anyone who can help.
Still playing PacWar (but no so much anymore)...

There are probably two files: "Obmari" and "OBCMARI". The second one is empty. I'll send you the "Obmari" file in case the empty file over-wrote the good file.
Civil war? What does that mean? Is there any foreign war? Isn't every war fought between men, between brothers?

I got it thanks. I think that's what happened to me several years ago.

Do I need the blank OBCMARI file as well???
