Question about leaders

Question about leaders

In my mod I've got all Japanese units, leaders, etc. as IJN. All German units, leaders, etc are IJA. Some of my Germans are going to be admirals and what not. So for Rank I would put Admiral - IJN, for Nation I would put IJ Army, and for type I would put maybe TF or whatever.

Has anyone tried this and had any problems with mixing IJN ranks with IJA nation?

I don't beleive ranks are anything more than 'colour' in the game. Suspect you can do whatever you want.
