Shadows pirate tutorial question

Downloaded Shadows and just started the pirate tutorial. On the pirate income screen it shows State Ship and Base maintenance as +10%, and the same for the Private Ship and Base costs, which I assume means those costs are 10% higher than normal. If so should those lines be in red rather than green since they are negative attributes? Same for the Build time and cost for Pirate Bases, Fortresses and the Criminal Network. Costs are +50% so those lines should be in red as well I'm guessing. A minor point but since it's a tutorial some people might be confused by those lines being green and thinking those are bonuses rather than extra costs.

Good point - the colors for those items should probably be different. Will add to our first update.
