Highway to the Reich Strategy Guide

I have been looking for the strategy guide for the old Highway to the Reich game for some time. After searching the Matrix Games website, there seems to be a download for this guide, but it requires the code from the game. They say that older versions of the game may not have a code, so I can't register and download the guide. I'd be willing to pay for it, but that doesn't seem to be an option. I'm wondering if there is any other way to obtain the guide?

The HTTR strategy Guide is now only available as a free download with the HTTR Ex Pack. This is an expansion pack for BFTB.
