Questions#2

Post by Von Weber »

TF can handle bombardment mission only once per turn or how it really works?
How is turn cycle impacting on PBEM game?
Replacements, do they depend on supply or distance to Metropole or to HQ?

These questions are explained in detail in the manual, but here's some short answers:

How many bombardment cycles your TFs do depends on how many days per turn you have the game set on. You can get as much as 2 per day (AM & PM) if you set the TF on Patrol. Your ships will stop bombarding when they expend a certain amount of ammo - they'll always keep some for self-defense.

I'm not sure I understand your second question. The turn cycle is the same on PBEM as it is vs. the computer. I prefer the 3-day turn sequence in order to keep the action moving.

Replacements are based on many factors - how much supply the base has, proximity of HQ units, control zones, etc. Again, the manual would be your best bet for thoroughly answering this one, starting on page 147.
