Erratic AI Behavior

I was playing The Bunker tonight and decided to post a video of AI behavior I've noticed before. The AI will simply spin in place action after action spending APs and CPs until they are exhausted.

I've seen this happen in other firefights on both sides. It can happen repeatedly in a game too.

On closer inspection this seems to happen most often with units loaded on a vehicle.

I found the AI to be erratic at times as well and I had connection problems with this game playing online with another player. Never again.
