Michaelm, my opponent and I upgraded to the 1123h patch and reran a turn so the OZ invasion reinforcement would appear.
They all appeared as scheduled. But, the Invasion Mobilzation Supply convoy keeps showing up. It is scheduled to go to Aden
but there is nothing contained in it. Something is not quite right now. It is only a minor annoyance, not a real problem.

Also, every day I get the message in the ops report that Australia is invaded.

Send me a save. Once all the forces are mobilized, the message stops. Sounds like the Convoy is cause of that as it thinks that it hasn't 'arrived' for some reason. As devices are taken from the convoy, the device line is cleared - most likely a safeguard against what could be happening, the convoy continually arriving every day with a load of stuff.[:D]

I think there might be a problem with TK upgrades since the last patch. Not I think new builds or standard repairs. The TK in the picture has just been upgraded and the endurance of the TK should be 8000 not 9052 as shown here. Likewise there's a Std-CT TK in Tokyo that should have 5800 but has 7034.

I noticed this a few turns ago but paid little notice. I have since checked for TK with other odd endurance and they now seem to be normal. I think they return to normal once the TK falls during a move but I won't know until I move either of the two mentioned.

Just curious - did you check the scenario files to see if that is how things are defined?

Not the scenario file but I am using tracker but it can't be that anyway as it's only recently started and I think since the last update but could be the one before.

If it is the upgrade, I would need a save from when it did the upgrade.
I couldn't seem to find the upgrade in my current set of Scen026 files (v14). Is it new?

Yep. As suspected. The 'empty' unit keeps getting re-activated. I'll cater for that going forward.

Starting new CG2 with latest Beta and Scenario (Andy Mac scenario 2) loaded on stock. Dec 7 Allied message on load : PWHEX differs continue? any ideas for the lame computer guy. me

You guys are trying to play with different maps, or different versions of the same map. Ask your opponent exactly which one he's using, then install the same one (or have him send his pwhex to you and copy it over your existing one.)

Did AndyMac's updated scenario beta make changes to the map? I did a delete and reinstall after a DaBabaes game which makes me think its on me.

Could be opponent did turn from other than Beta shortcut? Sorry for being lame in this arena. Where is the PWHEX file to compare? ART?

I show my pwhex file modified at the same time I started DaBabes. I did a complete uninstall and reload yesterday, I guess it stayed somehow. $%$#@!

The extended map DaBabes have their own pwhex files, which differ from stock and Lite.
File go into the main install directory - where wp.prf file resides.

I think I found both: the one modified in October (prob daBabes) and one in the main dir. Do I need to move the stock one somewhere? I moved the modified one to the trash.

I think the pwehexe.dat is dated 2010 from a patch. Not sure.

I couldn't seem to find the upgrade in my current set of Scen026 files (v14). Is it new?

Not to my knowledge but there's a slight typing error the Std-C Cargo converts to the Std-CT Tk likewise the Std-A Cargo to the Std-AT Tk. The creation dated is 22/11/2011 and the last modified dated is 24/7/12.

There are currently three loaded Std-C Cargo that can be upgraded to Tk in Shanghai, TF396. I can unload one and start the upgrade and post a save of the turn it upgraded or, to save a post, you could do the same whichever is esaier for you.

Is the problem when ships are converted? But okay if they follow normal upgrade paths?

From what I can tell, it keeps the endurance/fuel amount when it converts. And as it expends endurance, the numbers go down.

I've got a Babes scenario 28-C with stacking limits game going that we started in early December 2011. Here are the dates and sizes for the pwhex files. Remember that in AE it's a set of three files.
