I lost the first Cavalry division in a similar manner a few games ago. So, it does happen. You have to recon and watch the odds.

How do you get 568 AV from 756 troops 4 gusn and no vehicles? If I understand, the assault was broken off so only a portion of the units committed forces. Is this becuase the attacker didnt have enough supply?

Also like the touch where losses are greater than the forces committed!

Just remember,if you dont know the answer, just say to yourself "FOG OF WAR!"

Th AV value shown is the AV of all the units present in the hex. It would appear that
the Japanese sent a small force across a river hex side that was not owned by the Japanese,
thereby triggering a shock attack using only the 756 troops, 4 guns, and 0 vehicles that
crossed the hex side.

Hey Z666,

Didn't you get the Memo on Fog of War?? It is now to be refered to as F.O.W. Or you can sound it out as Fow (sounds like Foe with an emphasis on the W) Get with the times man.....or am I missing the point, and you were doing the Retro thing??? I can be dense at times.

Cheers!
I'd rather be lucky than good.

Non Combat: 184 destroyed, 0 disabled

Guns lost 19 (19 destroyed, 0 disabled)
