Why is It? Pic in post question.

Post by fodder »

I can upload and place three pictures in a post in the General Discussion forums.

Here in the WITP-AE forums I can only upload and place one picture in a post.

Anyone know why?

I'm not sure about this but I'm pretty sure the forum moderator can set how many pics can go in a post.
If you need to put warheads on foreheads who you gonna call? An FO...just one will do.

Thanks. Bill just left. [:(]

Checked the other game forums and I could only upload one pic in all of them, but the max pic size veries from 500kb up to 5000kb in some forums.

The people in the General Discussion Forum are all porn addicts and can't be satisfied with only one pic at a time. Moderator, continue to do your duty as you see fit.

Moderators don't have the ability to set things like that. That can only be done by Matrix. I'm not sure why they set it the way they did. I know the tech support forum allows a bit larger files so people can upload saves. I think the default setting is image types, 500K, and only one per post.

If you want it changed, I suggest contacting Erik Rutins, he's the one at Matrix pretty much responsible for this part of the forum and AE related issues.

It being the end of the year the Matrix people are probably taking vacations and such so don't panic if you don't get an immediate answer.

On a COMPLETELY unrelated note-I encourage all you chaps to visit the General Discussion "Australian Beauties" thread. Warspite1 has scoured the interned far and wide to find some excellent por...um...ships.

Oh yes, those big guns. Everyone loves those big guns. On a Battlecruiser body, well, we're done.

Be nice if they could up the AAR sub-forum to 2-3 per post.

Agreed. And allow 3 pictures per post too, like General Discussion.
