I'm playing a GC as soviet. I've already evacuate the vehicle factories form Stalino.

What should I do with the 20pts vehicle in Kharkov ??

Evac a part (as small as possible, but enough to evac the rest in one go next turn). Vec, Arm, HI are not destroyed when you evac a part of them.

I'd like to know too if it's very important to ecacuate all the points?

Yes, vehicles are very important and Soviet Union produces very little of them, and even with Lend Lease it seems they are always in short supply. When you are on the defensive it's not as visible as when you start to advance.

Vehicles are extremely important - something I have learned the hard way.

I would rate them as one of the highest priority items to save - KV1, T34, IL2, YAK, LA (factories that upgrade) being the only one's really more important.

Walloc wrote an excellent guide to factory evacuations - search for it in the forum and read it. It gives some very explicity directions on which factories to evac, when, and why.

As a note, I think Walloc estimated that each vehicle factory point would produce between 5 and 7,000 trucks by the end of the game. So getting them out early and getting them up to production speed quickly is key.
