CG Admin Points

Why do the Soviets only get 50 AP per turn for the 41-45 CG when all the other CG's (42, 43, 44) get 60 AP per turn?

Am I missing something? Does the AP for the Sov's increase sometime in 1942 perhaps?

It increases to 60 in 42.

Ok thanks, do you know when in 42? It's not January. I can't find any reference in the manual about an increase.
