Guards SU

Is this a bug, or are there certain SU that don't achieve Guards status (or perhaps have different requirements)?

Bns can't convert to Guards.

D'oh!

I guess I should have just built hordes more sapper rgt for my cav corps.
I wanted to try and do something more 'flavorful', but these guys don't seem to add much punch. I think I'll keep'em around until winter of '42 to see how they do once they train exp. up...
