Is production handled like in ATG?

The development team behind the award-winning games Decisive Campaigns: From Warsaw To Paris and Advanced Tactics is back with a new and improved game engine that focuses on the decisive year and theater of World War II! Decisive Campaigns: Case Blue simulates the German drive to Stalingrad and into the Caucasus of the summer of 1942, as well as its May preludes (2nd Kharkov offensive, Operation Trappenjagd) and also the Soviet winter counter-offensive (Operation Uranus) that ended with the encirclement of 6th Army in Stalingrad and the destruction of the axis minor armies. With many improvements including the PBEM++ system, this is a release to watch for wargamers!

Is production handled like in ATG?

Post by Wartath »

I was just wandering, is the production handled in this game the same way it was in ATG? EG. Do I have to manually distribute every single unit, that is sent to headquarter?

If not, then I might buy this game. ATG's micromanagement did nearly drive me insane at times.

there is no production. there are reinforcements arriving each turn at the OKH/STAVKA that will be distributed automatically.
you can influence the distribution by assigning higher replacement priorities to different HQ's if you want so.

then there are new units arriving based on historical arrivals.

but there is no ATG like production or distribution of units. it's really a different game.
