Does a 99 morale mech at 75% TOE lose morale after refitting to 100% TOE ?? (ie.dumb replacements)
WITE is a good addiction with no cure.

Experience is the attribute affected when taking replacements. A 33% inflow will have an impact.

Makes sense.
