Looks like some work being done on the Lanc's Starboard outer engine with part of the cowling removed.

They probably just took it off so you could see the engine. Doesn't look like a good place to do maintenance.

Doesn't look like it'd be something major, maybe it's just off for checking oil level or needed to add some
