Plimus strikes again -- RESOLVED

Post by uncc »

Well I've been lucky about not having problems with buying/downloading games bought through Plimus...until today [:@]

I finally caved and bought Command Ops: Battles from the Bulge and Command Ops: Highway to the Reich. Got serial codes and links, but I keep getting Access Denied when I try to download. I've sent an email to Plimus Support. Add me to the list of Matrixgames customers not happy with Plimus....

update: well the links now seem to be working and I can download BFTB + HTTR. Plimus must've fixed whatever was wrong on their end....

I'm in exactly the same situation. Very annoying. [:-]

Not sure why at this stage of the business Matrix and Slitherine haven't got their own shop front so to speak, or move over to Amazon payments or papypal.

I've never had a "Clean" Plimus transaction. I've always had to jump through some kind of hoop! But I've always got my purchase in the end...

What I mean is dump the online distributer and do it themselves.

A couple of hours late. But the download works now. :D
Gave me time to watch a couple of the tutorials...

Fetrik -- try your link(s) again. Just tried mine again for the nth time and it is now working (or at least one of the 2 is). Not sure if my email to Plimus got resolved or what? If there was a certain time I needed to wait before the link became active, they sure should've told me in the email!

Yup. But thanks for the attempted heads up. ;)

4 tutorials watched so far. So aside from the being annoyed by the delay it was mostly usefull time. haha

Remember after the big patch the tutorial scenario isn't the push over it used to be when the game came out.
