Replacements not written to XML file if "On hand"=0

I noted another problem with XMLs - this time when writing an XML with the built-in editor: replacement items that have 'On hand'=0 initially are not included in the XML. As an example, see two screenshots from Arracourt 44 showing replacement lists from loading the sce file, and from loading the XML.

Adding appropriate entries by hand in the XML will be included when loading, so it is only the XML-write that is flawed.
