We've had this issue and other issues like it reported on Mantis (our bug tracking service). We appreciate that the issues are reported so that we're made aware of them, but these types of crashes are hard to track down and we're doing what we can. We're working on it, but unfortunately we have not yet found a solution to it. Thank you for still having the interest up

I'm not trying to be cynical but my interest is that at some point I gave some € to have the use of that software.
So my interest is to have that software to run.
I'm just surprised that I have no request for other informations
Did I give all that was requested ?

I ve got the same probleme like Samarobriva.

I download and install the game today whith no problem but when I want to play, I can't go past the Loading screen ...!!

This problem seems to be know but there is no solution for the moment.
