What criteria must the Germans meet to force the French to request an armistice?

for the 1.01, control Paris and 10 other cities for Vichy.

What about Russia?
In a multi-player game (ver 1.00) all that remains under Russian control is Stalingrad and cities south and west. Moscow, Leningrad and cities north to Murmansk are all German held.
In Ver. 1.01 what causes Russia to surrender?

Wow! I sure was hoping for something like Moscow and 20 cities...but all victory points?! That will make for a long game. Oh well, back to work…kill, kill, kill!
