unagressive, even timid, Axis AI in

I'm seeing the AI for 1.06.04 not pushing the action in September 1941. Here's what I have after my moves on Soviet turn 10.

Now the results after it does it's turn, Axis #11.

Not only does it avoid a lot of attacks, it even pulls a few units backs from contact. It's September, why is it so timid?

No, the patch has only been in test for 2 days. I'd expect sometime next week.
