Can I change game mechanics?

You need to gat access to the code. I think that Flanker Leader tried to do something, some years ago. You should PM him.

I have been playing this game since 1984 - on the Atari 800 - and very excited about this.

Bought War in the East but, unfortunately, do not have the time to play intensively (with work and family commitments).
