By serious, I mean someone who will be dedicated to playing to the bitter end, come hell or highwater.

By casual, I mean someone who will stay committed on 4-5 turns a week. That is what irl will allow me. Real life comes first, and sometimes the turn may need to be delayed an extra day or two.

By IJN, can you secure the resources and manage them well until the end of the war, which may include an invasion of the HI!

I want a good challenge, and will go for Scen 2 or RA to give Japan a boost above historical.

HR's:

No strat bombing in China until 44
Sweeps/Cap alt is one of the two, whichever is higher:
1) 15k for Open Cockpit aircraft and P39 - 20k all other aircraft
2) 1 alt band above best maneuver band
No 4E naval bombing below 10k
Invasion at dot/base only
Sub "20 man" commando invasions not allowed, sub invasions "in force" (i.e. most of the raider/para unit) allowed.
PP's for LCU's to leave national borders (units in Manchuko that are restricted need to pay to leave Manchuko - China/India must pay to leave China/India).

No gaming the engine.
