Two problems

I don't know whether these are bugs or oversights, I hiope they are one or the other and not the intention...

1. Bombardment: I slowly bombarded the quality of an enemy planet down to 0% and the pop died off, but no troops suffered. I would like to think that one should be able to target the troops equally if not preferentially, at least allowing an easier invasion after a softening up period.

2. In addition to colonizing in the area of an enemy at war, I believe we should also be able to build mining stations in his area. I got a negative on that.

From what the developers are saying, the troop strength did take a hit, even though no troop units were actually destroyed.

Thanks, I seem to remember seeing something about that. I had hoped to see some sort of evidence of attrition though.
