edit: wording makes it look like they appeared during a commander change. I changed XXXV Corps commander only this turn 15.

Can you or your opponent check where these leaders are? What are the player names in the server game and the turn number?

I just finished Axis Turn 15 today

I'll ask him to locate the two leaders in question.

The two commanders in question are not showing up in the Soviet Leader lists any more. Nor are they present in my Axis lists. They've fallen off the game.
