2 x 2 or more GC *CLOSED*

Post by jeffk3510 »

Just putting out some feelers....

Looking for some interest in a 2x2 or more for grand campaign...probably would do an AAR as well.. I can't devote my entire world to this, but I am interested in it.

It is nothing against anyone, but I would like to keep it in the same regionish...teams at least...

Hey Jeff, just wanted to pipe in with a suggestion that you try to limit it to no larger than 2x2.  Chickenboy, Mynok (bad guys), AW1Steve, and me (good guys) have a very fun 2x2 game going, but unless everyone's schedules and amount of time to play match up just right, the game will inevitably be slower than a typical 1x1 GC game.  The added fun of planning and operating together is a blast, but my only lament is the rather slow pace, even when it's clearly MY fault that the game is held up.  [:D]

I wish you as good of luck as I have had to fall into a game with the lot I have.  [:)]

I would prefer the slower pace... and I do appreciate the heads up. I can't crank out the turns as fast as some. I am a busy dude, but would be interested to see what can be worked out.

Thanks as always Mike. How's hockey treating your boy?

Yuri (Onime) and myself were planning on issuing a challenge to a pair of JFB's for a 2x2 sometime this month. I don't know how you feel about playing the "Greater Eastern Co-Prosperity sphere"? [&:]

Getting back to WitP after a 20 month hiatus. 2x2 may be the way to go. I would be up for helping on the Allied side.

I'd be open to discussing taking the Japanese side. Have played 2x2 before, and it's a lot of fun. I have two other PBEMs going, but can keep up a reasonable pace.

Been playing continously since UV, so I have a pretty good idea what I'm doing. In real life I'm in logistics, and it shows in my play style.

This discussion will now be closed, as opponents and team members have been found.

Get ready for some action and a wonderful AAR or two. Booyah!
