Looks like you are playing against the AI? Seems every game the AI sends that same dumb raid of BB's to Pearl. I guess if Pearl was stripped of aircraft and good surface ships the raid might have some effect. Don't even know what it's supposed to do, bombard? Guess it's to keep you honest about not running searches, maybe catch a convoy. Seems a waste of good ships
