Frozen Motorcycle Regiment

The Soviets 13th Motorcycle regiment appears in the CR as frozen.

Is SUs being frozen WAD?

I assume I must have 'borrowed' it from the Transcausus Front as it becomes unfrozen at the same time as those units.

Support units can be set frozen, but it seems they also could be a subject for the support unit auto movement down/up the chain, which is not desired.
