“Looks like one to four to me sir,……I could have sworn it was one to five….”Zulu opining.
“There is more here……Noumea and Suva… are you aware you can’t shove 8ooo tons in a 6000 ton slip? Or better yet 48000 tons on a 9000 ton pier?” Its become quite obvious Chester is not aware of “the button”. That relief is just a click away. Zulu is humble though and intends to do his best for Chester, elevating his reputation and bringing the conflict to favorable resolution. In fact if it had not been for a certain Cpt. Mancake or something he might have read the manual before executing the turns avoiding this type of interrogation all together.
“Look you TWIT, Here is the straight scuttlebutt. Admiral King has tasked us with three missions for the present. One. Protect Hawaii. Two protect the sea lanes from the mainland to Hawaii and on to Australia as far as Samoa. Third. Raid the Gilberts and hurt the Japs.”

Well bad news today from the Tech forum as my partner now has knowledge of Saratoga's TF, Force Z, and my ASW TFs returning from shakedown cruises due to a bug in the q3 Beta. Well Force Z will retire (Just checked on her to find her with no 14" ammo preventing a large SNAFU anyway and Sara will sail asap in escort of several large TFs.

What the above image means is, I lost track of 10,000 Japs in the Jungle along the river. Lt Gen. Iida flanked my lame &^%! I will strike tomorrow with a sweep of the Japs accross the river followed by some low level 2Es. (I hope). And now for the really big part of the show. (I was hoping for one more week here to get ready)

February 2nd 1942
mini Kido Butai 80nm due north of Ambon. The dutch will try and get some torps on them. There are two subs within 40nm.
The Kido Butai raided Raboul; I do not mind this. Expend bombs. The Jap APs I believe were heading to Rabaul appear to have diverted to Kavieng. Good. This buys time for sub division I and III to get astride of their interior lines. RAF squadrons are posting into Burma, doubling my airpower in theater.

Fingers crossed, I have nothing to persue her with.
More good news rapidly follows: CL Kashima hit by 6" coastal defense guns and sunk off Kendari.
Rabaul: transports land 4000+ in the night taking light losses. They can expect the 17th BG (B17) tomorrow afternoon. SubDiv I and II are nearing the Solomons. P40s from Port Morseby trade blows with the Kido Butai's best in the morning. The squadron shows three kills against one of our own, although we did see eight damaged. I will provide a more strategic picture as time allows. Terry and I are exchanging 2-3 turns a day, and I have a job.

Man DOCUP, Terrys been handing it to me. I was wondering if I could be the first one give Japan a AV! Thats a distinction I could do without. Its February and my leading pilot is a china man in a bi plane.[:D]

I don't think you would be the first.  I doubt you will give him an AV.  What is your Scores?  Those Bi planes have high MVR ratings.  Are you varying your Alt with your fighters?  Any HRs on Alt or anything.

I have been asked just how Zuluhour can travel into theater. Well most of it is a secret, but it does involve a certain AVG pilot, working for TWIT on the side. Note perfect rooftop landing in the twenty first century, I'd like to see a Raptor pull that off. Also note the distinctive Baltimore Raven logo on the verticle stablizer.

Yes to the alt question. 2nd best MR on sweeps. Ill put up the score the soon; next time I get turn. I have been moving the CAP alt around pretty much 17-2000' for P40s, 12-15000' for Buffalos. I started out using range 0 CAP but that worked as well as a Yugo in a NASCAR cup. Long range CAP fatigued the pilots really fast, so Ive been using CAP range 1 for the last week of game time, far better results. Any advice or threads on CAP would be cool.

Today in the CenPac the Kido Butai retired directly towards Truk. She has plenty of sorties left, I guess she is performing more escort into theatre. Two subs are waiting with a third trying to rendevous. In 72hours I should have SubDiv I and III in place. Its about to get real gritty in Burma, I'm looking at two large crack Jap Divisions with support against a hodge podge of Bn's and a brigade. The next day may have prove "map" posting worthy as I will be craving ground help.
