Looking for Japanese opponent for GC2

I'm ready to make the plunge. I just won a major victory over the AI playing as Allies in March of 1943 and have haunted the forums for a few years now. I want to try my hand against a human opponent. I just finished grad school and am looking for a new job. I think things will be slow for me over the next couple of months so we will be able to get the game rolling. If things get busy for me after Christmas time I will continue to plod along, I intend to finish, even if it takes longer than the real war.

I think some standard common-sense house rules may be in order. I have a few more creative ideas for HRs to make a more difficult game for the allies (me). Of course, all of that is open to discussion.
