How to get better experience new pilots

Can i get the experience for new pilots better with placing lets say an experience pilot of 80? And they are training in the USA.

is your question 'does adding an experienced pilot to a group accelerate the training of the other pilots in that group?'
That is something I have been puzzled about, too.

Having read the'Pilot Management Addendum' again (found in the 'documentation' folder, together with the other manuals), I believe that having a high EXP leader will indeed have an accelerating effect on training. See 7.2 of that Addendum.

I dont think a high exp leader effects much but high inspiration leader definitely does help the greentags train up.
