To the Powers that Be: Any thought to changing the TOE of Red Army Fort Zones?

With the new rules, these guys become critical as diggers. Yet, the Red TOE has a construction value of Zero, as the TOE is basically all artillery.

The Axis Fort Zone units have Labor Squads in the TOE, and have some value.

Any thought to adding Labor Squads to the Red Army Fort Zone TOE?

They aren't critical as diggers. They are critical in enabling other units to dig. Nor will you be spamming these things, not even at the 4 AP price. There's plenty of ways to supplement their construction values between urban labor and SUs, too.

I myself am only building them every third hex, and only on the most stable portions of the front. They're pretty nice to build around the Moscow area in particular.
