Reputation and dealings with other races.

I just finished repairing a deathstar i found abandoned.. and all of a sudden my reputation dropped 280something to minus 80 with some races.. and i didnt even use it [:D] is that normal ? dont think i have expirianced that before i actually used it.

hi Midgaard and welcome to the forum
this has been reported before....did you actually kept your eye on it to make sure it didn't accidentally do something? was it on auto? were enemies around?
...Igniting stellar cores....Recharging reactors...Recalibrating hyperdrives....

Any abandoned ship which is repaired immediately switches to automated.

You have to switch them back to manual.

Somewhere A ship launched a surprise attack.

Thanks for the welcome! :D

I had put it on non-planetdestroying, and it went and joined one of my fleets.. i had it happen to me again when i loaded the game, it happened right after I had finished it. oh well, the game was buggy anyway, the starbase on my mainplanet was stuck on retrofitting hehe :)

Stuck on retrofitting could be due to resource shortages. I don't know about your reputation troubles, but for stuck construction this is a good read:
