There is an updated pdf manual for v1.08 in the \Data\docs folder.  Currently at 119 pages.

Plan for v1.09 is to continue updating the user manual and update the in_game_manual to be consistent.  Suggestions for improvements are always welcomed!

In v1.08.06 (to be released shortly), the pdf manual is now 161 pages. The in_game_manual is also updated to be consistent with the pdf manual. Changes include:

4.2.8 is expanded to provide more instructions for the PBEM Admin Menu

6.4 is expanded to include more information about Peace options (kudos to Murat)

17.0 is a new section containing Bruce Milligan's article "Grand and Grandiose Strategy"

18.0 is a new section containing Phillip Hanson's article "Campaigning in Arms"

Again, any suggestions for improvements (ie, corrections, clarifications, additions, etc.) that could help players new & old would be appreciated. Anyone actively engaged in multiplayer pbem games who wants to share insights into using the simultaneous diplomacy and for coordinating coalition actions (ie, movement, supply and combat with allies), please step up.
