New interface feature (command links) difficult for non american keyboards

Post by laska2k8 »

1) New Interface feature – Added a new hotkey that shows command links for the selected unit, on the map, graphically with lines. Pressing the ` key (just above the Tab key on most keyboards) will cycle through three modes – show no links, show links to all subordinates (blue- units, turquoise – HQs) and HHQ (orange), show links to subordinate HQ’s (turquoise) and HHQ

There's a problem with non US/EN players.
I must add the new language in the control panel, change the keyboard layout every time I wish to play the game. If I switch to my mother language for other duties (i.e. write mail etc) and then go back to US I'll have to restart the game.

Could you please setup a different key combination (i.e. CTRL+1 or ALT+2) that doesn't use special characters.

thanks

I'm not sure I understand. When I hit Shift-Z I get the command links. Is that the problem?

Perhaps you missed that we changed this hotkey to shift-Z several versions back.

It appears that the ` key and shift-z both now work as hotkeys for this feature.
