Configuration Screen Resolution

Post by oldspec4 »

I may be missing something here but when I set the resolution to 1920 x 1080 (my native 23" wide screen display) and then hit apply it continues to show 1680 x 1050? I'm running a GT9800 w/ 1 gig.

BTW, When I click on play istead of apply it seems to play at the 19 x 10 resolution.

Thanks

Hi oldspec4,

It runs fine at 1920x1080 on one of our test systems. It sounds like you are saying that it correctly plays at 1920x1080, but "defaults" to 1680x1050 whenever you restart the game and see the configuration screen again? If so, the game may be getting the information from your video card and monitor that 1680x1050 is the preferred resolution. I agree that it should remember your last setting (and that is how it works here). We'll see if we can figure out why it would be forgetting the setting on yours.

What is the brand and model number of your screen?

Regards,

- Erik

Acer P236H. Yes, I think it is correctly playing at 1920 x 1080 but defaults to 1680 x 1050 at startup.

I re-checked all my card and monitor settings...set at the 19 x 10 resolution and widescreen.

Thanks

Make sure the bit is set at 32 first.
