Happy Belated Birthday, Distant Worlds

Post by Igard »

I can't remember the exact date of release, but I think it was the 26-27th March 2010. Sorry I missed it.

Happy 1st Bday, DW. Let's hope for many more. [:)]

We can search the "old" threads to confirm, I was sure it was something like 13th of March or thereabouts. At any rate, Happy 1st Bday from me as well.....one can hardly believe than one year has past. Sems so little and so much at the same time....we're still going though, that's the best of it.

One year is nothing in the scale of the universe, as isn't human life.
Still, happy birthday DW! Hope it keeps on going for several years.

We list the release dates of our games on the Product pages.  And it was released March 25th of last year.  Thank you all for your continued support.  We are happy it has brought enjoyment to so many, and we look forward to many more years with it.

Wow, Igard came so close then....you must have the memory of a vulcan fellow; we should mind melt sometime. Let me just remove the emotion chip.

I knew that the anniversary was very close. I downloaded DW on March 26th, 2010 and never looked back. Time goes by so quickly when you are having fun. What do you think this game will be like after DW's second year is completed? What ever happens in the future, I know it will be a positive more forward. Thanks Elliot and Erik!!!

To Erik, Andrew, Matrix, Codeforce and most of all Elliot, thank you for this great game. I know we sometimes give you a hard time with all our demands, but you should all be very proud of the jobs you've done.

Awesome work.

Yesss, and our demands are a reflection of that great job....hic
Not our fault you've set high expectations....actually I think I'll say this even after I sober up, that is some strong ale.

As long as the next expansion is full of big and juicy features (LEADERS! Don't be ashamed to copy from the Master. Master of Orion 2, that is) I'll swore to defend DWs name in the future. I'll probably like it whatever happens, but you understand what I mean.

Happy Birthday wishes from myself as well!

Matrix games are some of the most innovative I've seen in a while. I hope their success continues with future releases.

Woohoo, Happy Birthday DW

MUST BE ROMULAN ALE! Expect erratic flying shipsets soon from Woodman!

(Word has it that Narns don't hold their Romulan Ale very well!) [:-]

Really. Been having so much fun with this game, it still seems very fresh one year later. Happy Birthday Distant Worlds!
