ETO II Rules

Sorry to have to post here, but I forgot my login at HQ; so I can't use that web site. I'm trying to download a printable version of the ETO II rules but I'm having no luck, everythng is being cut in half and to the left. I'm using Microsoft word and was hoping someone had a suggestion.
