Point allocation

Hello all,

It has been a while since my last visit here.

I'm interested in LSA, and the possibilities of modding it. I'm wondering if there is anyone who can explain to me how exactly the points allocation for BG's works, and how it could be manipulated?

Looks like this is one of the key features one has to understand to mod LSA.

Relevant.

Req points can be manipulated in the Editor, after placing opposing BGs on the map(s), using Shift+click on a map 'diamond' to open the Scenario Map Entry Info dialog,

or by using Triarius' Excel tool for LSA in conjunction with the guidelines in the thread linked above.

@ xe5: thanks for the response. Do you know if the excel tool works in Open Office or would I need excel to work with it?

Looks like the LSA Excel tool is a no-go in OO.
Lots of Err:508, likely indicating a discrepancy in the format of the formulas involved.

Thanks...so it's not a regimental number showing up all over the excel. That's good to know...I think.

thank you very much for the tip of editing the custom szenario with your own points for the battle group

that gives total new possabilities with custom campaigns on one map over 5 days.
