Cargo Problem

Using V 1.0.6.1108b and I use a cargo/AK to order supplies it will start up fine but when I look at the next day there is no supplies. I go to another day and still no suppies. Same thing using a amp/AP. I've use both "Thousand-mile War" and "Guadalcanal" with same results. When I go back to V 1.0.4.1106i it works fine. What do you think?
