Hi Dale,

Yes, I've asked the store to clear your order ASAP. I expect it to be cleared shortly based on past experience so far.

Hi Dale,

I just sent the request to the store again, hang in there. Worst case scenario, it will be cleared by morning, but usually this review goes much faster.

Hi Dalejr33,

I'm sorry it took so long. During normal business hours I could have cleared it much more quickly. FYI, the reason it went to review at all is that you had previously tried to place orders with several different names and e-mail addresses that didn't seem valid to the system. That's what set off the manual review. You should be able to completely avoid that in the future by using the same name and e-mail address for your orders.

Regards,

The thing was that I wanted to see what taxes, shipping, etc would be on both versions (download and boxed) so that I could make an informed decision before entering in all that personal information on the first screen. It seems like to me there should be a way to see that beforehand, maybe with just a zipcode.

That's a very good point there. Duly noted.
