What are the plans...

Post by U2 »

I have not been around since this beauty was released so I was just wondering if the team's plans beyond WitP:AE has been discussed? Will there be a WitP 2 or another fantastic version a few years from now?

Having beta tested WitP and starting to play AE only two months ago I am so impressed by what I am seeing.

Come on, U2, you know Matrix are supremely secretive. We were working on AE for months and months and months before anything was made public.

But then again, is not an un-announcement itself a form of announcement ?

Depends if it is before or after the fact, if before then it is a pre-announcement, and if after a post-announcement. So in our case depending on the timing of the un-announcement, it would either be a pre-un-announcement, or a post-un-announcement. But I must state after explaining all this, that because nobody has announced anything, maybe this is just smoke. [:'(]

There has not been and announcement, I repeat there has not been an announcement.

Logically as two nots cancel each other out there must have been an annoucement.[:'(]

My sources tell me that they "are" working on WITP3. The working title is "WITP HE (Hirohito Edition), The Empire Strikes Back" The game will utilize the latest 3D technology and can be played in real time. With a full campaign taking an actual four years. (Actually shorter than most AE games.) Of course, you will have to have a Steam account and an internet connection to play. Not to mention the $14.95 montly subscription fee. Preorder can be made now by sending me a PM for the correct address to send your money. Sorry, cash only-the credit card machine is on the blink. Order today and get Gary Grigsby's Pac War for free (Download only). Our operators are waiting. Those in Zone 1 can start calling at midnight tonight. Those in zone 2 can call anytime.

Offer not valid where prohibited by law.
