Problem with PBEM loading first save as Allied after Historical Start

Hi

This is my first PBEM.

I cant seem to load the first save as Allies in a grand campaign with historical start.

Have we missed something?

He also forgot to send the combat replay, that's from slot one right?

Don't know if you'r having the same problems I've had, ck down the list for my post on similar topic. What we found to get around this... when the allied player (player2) gets the turn and requests his password. DON"T ENTER THE PASSWORD. NOTE. This is for the2nd turn on. just leave blank and hit the ok button... we found that this works for whatever reason.. at least so far

1. jap player starts game send turn to allied enter password
2. allied player rec turn, enters password, saves, sends back
3 jap player does turn, saves sends to allied player Jap player must end orders phase before saving.
4. allied player rec turn (Dec 8th). when asked for password DO NOT ENTER IT
LEAVE BLANK, HIT OK and turn should load. Allied player must end orders phase before saving and sending back... good luck, been fighting with this for almost two weeks, just now got it to work by the above process.

I had trouble using the auto updater now I ve loaded the latest patch it works fine.
