NZ troops not appearing after Beta Patch

I am playing Admnelson and he has invaded NZ. I just loaded the latest Beta patch and after running the combat turn I did see that the reinforcements have arrived in Aden and Capetown-and also this is noted in the Ops report. However, when I go to run the turn, none of the troops are there. Where did they go? Turn attached.

The NZ units are still marked as inactive, even though reported as arrived.

They should have arrived the first turn that the Japanese landed, but there was a bug here that was fixed in patch 03 (IIRC)

Did the reinforcements arrive on the next turn??

We are using the Beta Patch 4. I havent moved on to the next turn because the Ops report said the troops were there and yet they are not there. NZ was invaded about a month ago game time so it was invaded before I upgraded with the patch. I will try running the turn and see if it takes a turn or two for the troops to arrive

I am sure the turn works, it is just that the additional NZ troops are not in Aden or Capetown even though the Ops report says they have arrived.

Is the save that is attached here, one you created or the save sent back by the Japanese player?
[If the turn from the Japanese player reported on loading that the save was under a different version, then this would confirm the statement below.]

I start to suspect that the original turn was run under the pre-patched program (which did not release the NZ forces), and the replay was run with the patched program (which reported the arrival of the NZ forces).

Strange thing is I never got a warning about his version of save not matching my exe, I am using g version.
