Hotkey storage

Post by Chris21wen »

Can someone tell me how this works? Doesn't seem to work as I expect it to. I tried setting the 0 key to open the supply ship screen but it doesn't. So what does it do?

0-9 Selection hotkeys for stored items—press key once to select, twice to move to item
Ctrl + 0-9 Hotkey storage –store items for later quick selection

It just stores objects in space.

Click homeworld, hit Ctrl 1, now hitting 1 selects your homeworld, hitting 1 again zooms the camera to it.

Works, for ships, suns, etc.  Objects.

Yes, because pretty much everything else already has a hot-key associated with it. Mouse-over the various buttons and it'll tell you what most of those are.
