Remember this feature from CC2.

Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem is a highly enhanced new release of Close Combat, using the latest Close Combat engine with many additional improvements. Its design is based on the critically acclaimed Close Combat – A Bridge Too Far, originally developed by Atomic Games, as well as the more recent Close Combat: The Longest Day. This is the most ambitious and most improved of the new Close Combat releases, but along with all the enhancements it retains the same addicting tactical action found in the original titles! Close Combat – Last Stand Arnhem comes with expanded force pools, reserve & static battlegroups, a troop point buying system, ferry and assault crossings, destructible bridges, static forces and much more! Also included in this rebuild are 60+ battles, operations and campaigns including a new enhanced Grand Campaign!

Remember this feature from CC2.

One thing I haven't seen yet from CC2, like in Son Bridge, where the North/Top FlaK 36 was dug in..there was a red "box" and if you managed to hit the box with a shell the whole gunpit blew..this also happened with buildings in CC2(you kinda see the effect also in CC5, but there you have actual "objects" like barrels, cars etc.

I am just wondering if the red box triggers are used in LSA.

All I can say is mind your indiscriminant shooting at random objects that look like they might explode or burn.

Just had an entire command team wiped out when they were running by a ammo dump on Ginkel Heath and a mortar round hit it and the whole thing went up.

No discrimination between friend or foe, that could have easily been your mortar round and your opponents command team. [:D]

There was one in Son Town too (original CC II). It was in a building south west of where the 88 set up.

Happy days!
