Can't Resize

Playing a game with latest Beta Patch 1.01.06d May 1943

Essex has just arrived with VF=9 size 27 / VB-9 Size 18 / VT-9 Size 18

I can't seem to resize these airgroups

All I've ever done previously is set all groups to resize, create a Air combat TF and immediately disband it

Its not working for these groups - I've even tried moving them onto another carrier (Lexington) and they still won't resize on that CV

Any ideas - am I doing something wrong or do I have an "issue"?

Ignore me - I see I'm only on patch c and that is fixed in patch d
