need to downlaod new file

i am loading a new harddrive and my WPO is corrupt. i have the serial number and it is registered in the members' section but ii don't have the order number, date, credit card i bought it with. how do i get a new download?

Try store section, then support.

You can also try findmyorder.com.  They can find it with your email and part of your CC number.
