Problem with Installation

I bought all 3 closecombat (only CDs, not download)at your Online Store - Close Combat Cross of Iron, Close Combat Wacht am Rhein and Close Combat The Longest Day. But I can not install none of them in my computer: after I insert the CD into the CD-Drive, the Setup cannot run automatically (there is an error message:"Setup Application has encountered a problem and needs to close" )... And then I´ve tried to run the setup file on the CD manually by clicking it - and it fails again (with same error message). I also tried to run it in win98 compatibility mode, but nothing works.

About my computer: Pentium4 CPU/ 2G RAM/ NVidia 8800GT/ Windows XP. It´s not a very nice Computer but I think for games such as Closecombat it fulfils the system requirements totally. I´ve installed a lot of games include "classic" CC2-5 but never met this problem before.

Please help me. Thank you!!


P.S.: I just red the Announcement at your homepage about the Replacement of Defective CDs. I think this is very probably my case (my order date: 02-JAN-10. And my package was dispatched exactly from UK). If yes, when can I get the re-shipping?
