Turn 1: Japan realizes it has a small trouble with its huge fleet, as the scenario author didn´t give her enough supplies. Most production shifted to supplies, it will create a few troubles in the next turns.

Actually you are lucky they had supplies at all, as one of the scenario editors discovered the other one had forgotten to assign them a HQ ;)

We are living in times of disorder and uncertainty.

Therefore, We, the Czar of all Russia, have decided to allow the Balkan states to take shelter under the wings of the Russian eagle to give them protection and let them benefit from the Russian welfare.

In a first step Russian units were sent to Bucharest. The Romanian territory became part of the Russian empire.

Unfortunately some nation leaders showed some nervous reaction. This lead to worldwide tensions and now We find Ourselves in a struggle for global domination. Times have become even more uncertain. But the glorious Russian empire will be the rock in the stormy sea and take the Balkan and the Near East under his shield.

Russia turn 3

Ruusian units moving deeper into China, heading for the center of the province Harbin. Fortuantely no Chinese troops were seen massing at the border. Otherwise we would have chosen the alternative of not declaring war on China. But as no units were spooted, why not take the chance and move in!

Hungaria and Serbia are now part of the Russian Empire.

Strong German infantry regiments have taken Prague and are now moving southeast towards the Romanian territories. Do the Germans not know that Romania is already protectorate of the Russian Empire?

At the same time Prussia gathers transport vessels in its harbours at Baltic Sea, as our spys in Berlin reported. Infantry is ready to be shipped. Their destination might be Malmö. Ships presumingly belonging to the German Kriegsmarine have been spotted by Russian navy. Due to heavy rain our ships were not able to determine what kind of ships are moving through the Kattegat. Russian navy was ordered to block the harbour of Malmö while transport vessels are alreday on the way to unload an infantry corps at the Swedish coast.

A conflict with Germany seems to be unavoidable.

Turn 04
Top news:
Russia declared war on Germany.

German forces are moving from Dresden and Prague southeast towards the Balkan. At the same time a large German transport fleet appears near Malmo. Surely the Germans intend to land in Sweden and occupy the province Malmo. Therefore Russia has no choice. To protect Sweden and the Balkan provinces Nicolaus, Czar of all Russia, decided that Russia needs to declare war on Germany and stop the German aggression by attacking.

The Russian Baltic fleet under command of Adm. Sinowi Petrovitsch Roschestwenski was ordered to move to Malmo and sink the German fleet. When the German vessels were spotted, the ships of the line Knjas Suwarow and Imperator Alexander III supported by the cruisers Aurora and Dimitri Donskoi opened fire and sent ten transporters to the ground of the seas. Six vessels escaped north under the cover of a large German fleet. Adm. Roschestwenski desided not to risk a naval battle with a superior enemy fleet but to protect the transport fleet moving from St. Peretsburg westwards to bring infantry to Malmo.

At Tallin the commander of the Russian northwestern destrict army General Iwanow sent three infantry divisions towards Koenigsberg. General Jakow Schilinski, commanding the western destricts with headquater at Minsk, gave order to defend Warsaw where four infantry divisions are standing. Cavalry and heavyly armed infantry is send as support.

Cavalry battalions under command of General Alexander Wassiljewitsch Samsonow moved into the German provinces south of Prague. Their order is to cut off the approaching German forces from their headquaters at Prague and Dresden.

Turn 04.

Its been a quiet time for the Imperial Great Britain. Nothing much to report, but savage chinese trying to outflank Hong Kong, and such. In this time his Majesty, King Claus I, has ordered his scientists to come up with a revolutionary invention, and they have. Great Britain now has invented the Submachinegun, or in short, SMG. Soon to be known as the Tommy gun.

The German high fleet was spotted in the kattegat, and the standing orders for the Greatest Fleet on the planet, the royal navy, is to keep its supremacy at all costs. Blocking the Kattegat is definately a provocation. After having duely declared war on Germany, the Fleet commenced battle and sank at least half the German surface battleships. A great victory!

Now its up to uncle nick... i mean, the Great Tzar Nickolaus of Russia to keep the german fleet sealed inside the Kattegat, while the Royal Navy simply reduces it to liferafts and flotsam.

Japan turn 4.

That bunch of Chinese pirates has ceased to exist. Our superior forces destroyed the Chinese navy in a decisive surface battle. No Chinese ship survived. One destroyer was lost for five torpedo boats and one obsolete Battleship sunk.

Russia turn 05

Diplomatic note, send by Russian Foreign Ministry:
" In a malicious act of aggression the Ottoman Empire has declared war on great Empire of Russia. Secret negotiations seem to have been made between Germany and the Ottoman Empire, resulting in an alliance against Russia. Russia will respond with a strong and decisive strike against the Ottomans as well as against Germany."

33rd Div. has reached the province of Malmo. It is now under control of Russia. Although the British navy had attacked a German fleet, they might not have noticed that several transport ships have escaped. Russian Blatic fleet managed to spot the German ships and sank five of six vessels. And attack against the remains of the German naval forces in the Kattegat was canceled. Instead the Baltic fleet protected the Russian transport fleet, that disembarked the 1st Finn. Army at Kopenhagen. Sailing west to the shores of Arhuus the Baltic fleet did naval bombardment of the city.

On the Balkan the Russian forces advanced. Venice was taken. The aim is to prevent France from occupying Italy, which might not only strengthen them but as well enable France to achieve a superior position in the Mediterrainian Sea. The Czar agrees with the King of Great Britian that this is not acceptable for Great Britian as well as for Russia.

The German 10th Div. reached the river Weichsel south of Warsaw. A Russian artillery battalion standing on the other side of the Weichsel opened fire. The Germans had some losses, but might still be strong enough to try to attack across the river. Russian forces are ready for counterattack.

The Ottomans have occupied Persia. The Russian Black Sea fleet moved to Samsun at the northern Black Sea coast of Turkey. An infantry division is ready to disembark at the northern Ottoman provinces. Samsun has already been attacked by ship artillery.

At far east a Russian division has taken the undefended province Harbin. Chinese forces seem to move southeast to attack Pjongjang, that is part of the British colonies. China has payed a high price for the stupid decision of Chinese supreme command to leave Harbin undefended.

Russia turn6

(sorry for the delay, I overlooked that I already got the turn)

France has taken Rome. The way to Italy is blocked for the Russian units. As Russia is already at war with the German-Turkish coalition and with China it might be too much to enter war against France as well. So there is no possibility to prevent France from taking Italy and getting a superior position in the Mediterranean area. Bad news for Britain!

A Turkish fleet attacked the Russian Black Sea fleet. Although the Turks got more powerful ships the Black Sea fleet was successful. Some enemy ships were sunk while the own losses were less. But more important, the Russian navy managed to protect the transport vessels carrying infantry to Samsun.

The Turkish division at Samsun has keft the city to march northwest towards the Russian-Turkish border. So the Russian infantry could easily overrun the weak remaining defence at Samsun.

Russian cavalry managed to close the circle that cut off the German 2nd cavalry and 5th infantry from Dresden.

Strong German infantry division gather at Koenigsberg. The Russian units on the other side of the river Weichsel will soon get support in their attempt to prevent the Germans from crossing the river and march towards St. Petersburg.

In China the enemy approaches Harbin in order to recapture the city. The Russian defenders might be too weak to hold position.

Russia turn7 done and send.

The German advance on the Balkan is stopped. Southeast of Prague three Russian cavalry divisions and one German cavalry division clashed. The Germans retreated after suffering heavy losses. At Warsaw a Russian infantry division attacked German infantry across the river. At the same time cavalry started an attack into the back of the Germans. The enemy was eliminated completely.

Russian units took Teheran. Between Tiblisi and Samsun a connection was established. The Black Sea fleet returned to Sevastopol for repairs after the Turkish fleet has attacked. Both sides got only light damages.

East of Turin three French divisions of unknown strength formed a close line between the coast of the Mediterranean coast and the Alps. Russian units at Venice are getting reinforcements.

Great Britain turn 9,

- The Ottoman Empire has long been at war with one of Great Britains best friends, the Russians. It has now come to a point where his majesty, the great Claus I, no longer can bear to see Russia alone in its task to fight off the barbarians from this so-called empire. Great Britain has therefore declared war on the heathens.

- In other news. The Brazilians have managed to colonize a part of Africa. This is in direct violation to what Great Britain has announced priviously. That is, the continent of Africa is a British zone of interest. After giving the Brazilians a chance to leave in peace, which they did not, they instead chose to expand this colony, centered around Louanda, Great Britain sees no other option than to declare war on Brazil.

- Also in the news: Brazil has chosen to support Germany in its war with France.

Japanese troops entered Dalian. The task was made easy by a devastating bombardment from our navy, decimating the local defense forces. We expect growing resistance as our troops advance to inland ares. Artillery is being sent to Korea in order to help offensive operations.

Great Britain, turn 11

The French Fleet has been destroyed. After for months and months provokingly being anchored at the coast of Portugal, just outside of Lisboon, the British Home Fleet, met up with it. The resulting battle was one-sided, and Great Britain was victorious.

Great Britain and France are now at war! One can only wonder what kind of havoc this will bring to the political scene.

Russia turn 8 to 12:

Germany and Russia have fought several battles for Warsaw and Budapest. Finally the German divisions were beaten and had to retreat. As well a German division moving towards Minsk was isolated in the swamps and eliminated.

A German division tried to cross the Carpathien mountains and march towards Romania. Russian cavalry brigades cut their supply lines and encircled the Germans. They are now running out of supply and become unable to move or even fight while the cavalry is carefully moving closer to Prague. Another division is moving towards Munich in order to prevent the French army to move eastwards.

In the area of Danzig and Koenigsberg a large German army is formed. German and Russian forces are standing on both sides of the river Memel east of Koenigsberg. Several transport ships were spotted in the harbours of Danzig and Koenigsberg. The Russian Baltic fleet was ordered to sink the ships and prevent a landing of enemy forces in Scandinavia. After three surprise attacks on the harbours all vessels been sunk. The battleships are now taking position for the bombardment of Danzig from where two German HQs are operating.

In the war between Russia and the Ottoman Empire Russian units managed to capture Ankara, Bagdad and Theheran. A Turkish division in the mountains dividing Turkey from Georgia is cut off from its homeland. But the Turks use the mountian terrain wisely for their defence. Russian units suffered heavy losses in their attacks and did not yet manage to eliminate the Turkish unit.

An attempt to capture Greece by sending a cavalry division along the coast has failed. The cavalry was in danger of being cut off as the Turks still hold Macedonia.

In China the Russian unit at Harbin is unable to move further. A Chinese army has appeared in the province. As it is too strong to be beaten be the small division in Harbin the Russian have to wait for reinforcements.

As meantioned above the French have captured Munich. Frankfurt is in danger of being captured too. As France has already taken Spain and Italy it is one the way to become a European super power. Three French divisions have been spotted in northern Italy. In case of an attack the Russian unit  at Venice will be beaten. Loosing the Balkan and opening the way for France to capture Greece would be the next steps. So Russia cannt dare to declare war on France now.
